Terms of Service
The service
We provide a one-off Deep-Dive Analysis Report based on the figures and information you submit. Your report is delivered to the email address you provide within 5 days of payment.
Payment
The service costs £112.99, charged securely at checkout. Payment is taken before analysis begins.
Refunds & cancellations
You can request a full refund within 14 days of payment, provided your report has not yet been delivered. Once the report has been delivered to your email, the service is complete and non-refundable. To request a refund, contact us at the address in the Privacy Policy below.
Your responsibilities
You agree that the figures and information you submit are accurate to the best of your knowledge. Our analysis is advisory only — decisions you make based on it remain your responsibility.

Your right to cancel (UK consumers)
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of payment. Because the report is a bespoke digital service, work begins as soon as you pay — if you ask us to start straight away and the report is delivered within the 14-day period, you agree that your cancellation right ends on delivery. Otherwise, you can cancel for a full refund at any point before delivery.
Not professional advice
Your report is an analytical opinion based on the figures you provide. It is not regulated financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, and you should consult a qualified professional before making significant decisions. We make no guarantee of specific financial results.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid (£112.99). We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost revenue.
Intellectual property
The report is licensed for your own business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish it. You retain full ownership of the figures and information you submit.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with the service, contact us at insightbridge.contact@gmail.com. We will acknowledge your complaint and get back to you as soon as possible.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Privacy Policy
What we collect
Your name, email address, company name, industry, and the business figures and notes you submit through the form. Payment is processed by our payment provider — we never see or store your card details.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to prepare and deliver your analysis report, and to contact you about your order. We do not use your data for marketing purposes, and we never sell or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Data retention
Your submission and figures are retained for 12 months after your report is delivered, then permanently deleted. Basic payment records (amount, date, order reference) are kept for 6 years to meet accounting and tax requirements.
Your data controller & your rights
InsightBridge is the data controller for your personal data, and we process it to perform our contract with you. Under UK GDPR you have rights to access, correct, or delete your data, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise any of these rights, email insightbridge.contact@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.
